A certified mediator and performance coach, she inspires growth, leadership, and transformation through her work. Elaine is also a proud mother of three and passionate about fostering personal vision and national impact.

Colinnette Wilson, JP

Colinnette Wilson, JP, is a solutions-focused professional with expertise in Human Resource Management, Project Management, and IT, having worked with companies like JPS, LIME, and Petrojam. She holds degrees in Management Studies, Law, and Management Information Systems, along with SHRM-SCP, PMP, and Certified Behavioral Coach credentials. A dedicated leader and lecturer, Colinnette is passionate about empowering others and improving lives through her roles in HRMAJ and RISE Life Management Services.
