Samantha “Sam” Mark has been on the Business Development & Operations Team as a Project Manager since 2022, bringing a wealth of experience in management, financial services, virtual assistance, and operations. She has successfully led initiatives to improve operational workflows, enhance team collaboration, and implement innovative solutions. Proficient in leveraging technology, Sam excels at streamlining processes, automating systems, and increasing team efficiency to achieve organizational goals.
Dedicated to continuous learning and growth, Sam has earned an online certification in “Leading Diverse Teams & Organizations” and participated in several cohorts including “Leadership Altitude Training,” the People’s Academy for Community Engagement (PACE) Program, and CoGenerational Solutions to Social Isolation and Loneliness. She is a certified Mental Health First Aider and a passionate advocate for mental health and wellness, working to destigmatize the primary narratives.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys exploring new technologies, community building, and finding creative ways to inspire and empower others.
