Craig Duncan

Craig is an Employment Specialist who holds a Master of Science in Higher Education and a certified Life Coach.

He has extensive experience working in social services and diversity and inclusion communities.  Craig joined the National Urban League, where he worked with Department of Children and Families (DCF) and Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) partners advocating on behalf of the economically disadvantaged, and individuals affected by social injustices.

While pursuing his degree in Psychology, Craig became one of the founding members of  a Sign Language group that traveled around the Island of Jamaica. The group did sign language and acted at various churches. The group later adopted St. Christopher School for the Deaf. He also launched a volunteering initiative to raise funds to refurbish the school.

Craig has vast knowledge and experience working with individuals with disabilities and believes that “we are all differently abled in one way or another.” His unique skills transcend barriers and empower clients to take charge of their own lives.  Craig ultimately seeks to place the right clients in jobs that both give them purpose and is a fit for the company and the client to create the potential for life-altering opportunities for the client.

Craig is also a Trained Global Seminar leader and Team and Management Leader with a transformational training and development company. He has trained, developed and led seminars for hundreds of people globally, producing exceptional results in their personal and professional lives.

He is the former trainer of the Consulate General of Jamaica Office in South Florida, was awarded the Miami Gardens Jamaican Iconic Award 2021 and received outstanding performance awards at his job in 2021 and 2022.

Craig’s results-driven attitude, incredible communication skills, empathy, compassion and patience make him masterful at developing himself and others.
