Joni-Gaye Cawley

Joni-Gaye Cawley is an HR consultant, corporate trainer and author with extensive experience in human resource management and operational leadership. She advises executives in the public and private sectors on leadership, talent development, workforce challenges and data protection.

Joni-Gaye holds the international SPHR and SHRM-SCP credentials, an MBA, a BBA in Human Resource Management & Marketing, and the PMP certification. She is pursuing an MPhil/PhD in Education at The University of the West Indies, Mona. She is also a Director of the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce, HYC Medical, a trained conflict mediator and a Justice of the Peace.

An author of three career and HR books, Joni-Gaye brings a practical Jamaican perspective to discussions about developing leaders and preparing organisations for change. She is a Jamaica sub-distributor for Harvard Business Publishing’s leadership learning solutions.
